Jon Challinor 1st Goal Scorer - Exeter v Hereford

I'm proabbly missing something, but why is Jon Challinor (Exeter) 14-1 (Stan James) to be 1st Goal Scorer? He is Exeter's leading goal scorer and Exeter are approx. even money favs.
