Exiled for 6 months from the US Tour, (new slimline!) John Daly showed he was back to form with a 2nd last week in Italy. He has a good links record (he won the Open at St. Andrews) and is reasonable value at 66/1 for the Irish Open. He will be keen to prove his doubters wrong, having been reduced to selling T-Shirts outside the US Masters (and looks like could probably do with some golf winnings).
